Refund policy
If you have changed your mind about an order made via Buy Now or Make an Offer, you may submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of order confirmation. To cancel your order, please contact our Orders team at orders@latinamericagallery.com
The 24 hour window begins when the gallery approves an order and Latin America Gallery receives your payment.
After the 24 hour window, your order is considered final sale and is not eligible for cancellation. Orders are still covered by the EU 14 day return policy, where applicable.
To qualify for an order cancellation, you must:
- Complete your entire transaction, including all communications, through one of Latin America Gallery’s secure checkout methods, which include Buy Now, Make Offer, and Make Offer in Inquiries.
- Notify Latin America Gallery of your desire to cancel your order within 24 hours of order confirmation.
