TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Overview. This website is operated by Latin America Gallery, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Latin America Gallery," "we," "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced here, including our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

2. Artworks. Every work we sell is an original, one-of-a-kind piece created by the named artist and acquired directly from the artist. Works are sold unframed unless stated otherwise. We photograph works carefully, but screen colors vary; slight differences between images and the physical work are not defects. Additional photos and video are available on request before purchase.

3. Certificates of Authenticity. Each work ships with a signed Certificate of Authenticity documenting the artist, title, medium, and dimensions.

4. Pricing and payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

5. Orders and cancellation. You may cancel an order within 24 hours of order confirmation for a full refund by emailing orders@latinamericagallery.com. After 24 hours, all sales are final, as described in our Refund Policy. Where law in your jurisdiction grants additional cancellation rights (for example, in the European Union), those rights are unaffected.

6. Shipping and risk of loss. Works ship fully insured and professionally packed, with tracking. Shipping is free within the United States; international shipping is quoted on request. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Visible damage on arrival must be reported to us within 48 hours, with photos of the work and packaging, so we can pursue the insurance claim.

7. Intellectual property. Purchase of a physical artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights, which remain with the artist. Site content — text, images, and design — belongs to Latin America Gallery or the respective artists and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Accuracy of information. We work to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

9. Third-party links and tools. The site may include links or tools provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The site and its services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Latin America Gallery, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of a work, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the work at issue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify Latin America Gallery, LLC against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
