MOVIMIENTOS INFINITOS

MOVIMIENTOS INFINITOS

Beatriz Navarro

A fluid, ribbon-like form rises and sprawls across a warm ochre and cream ground, its dark burgundy and crimson loops coiling upward at the left before trailing horizontally across the canvas. The line work is confident and sinuous, rendered in mixed media with layered washes of terracotta, rust, and muted blue softening the background into atmosphere. MOVIMIENTOS INFINITOS — Infinite Movements — suggests that this perpetual, self-generating curve has neither origin nor end.
